再來。酸鹼度之謎。


Our bodies need balance in blood pH, which should be slightly alkaline. An acidic pH can be the result of having an acid-forming diet which is unhealthy and is the cause of many diseases. Since it decreases the body's ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, an acid-forming diet is the cause of stress, fatigue, toxic overload, tumor and illnesses.

Fruits, green vegetables, seeds, nuts and herbs, etc, should be included in diet as they are some examples of alkaline forming foods. They correct the imbalance of blood pH and keep the body healthy.
