藥物清單

應好友昨晚要求,我寫下我近半年的「藥單」。吃這些藥,主要是為了治療肝鬱,以及鎮靜神經系統,提高處理壓力和抵抗衰人的能力:

中成藥:
1.舒肝丸。主治:舒肝、理氣、止痛。用於肝鬱氣滯、胸脅脹滿、胃脘疼痛。嘔逆嘈難、噯氣泛酸。

2.逍遙丸。功能:疏肝健脾、養血調經。用於肝氣不舒、胸脅脹痛、頭暈目眩、食欲減退。

3.歸脾丸。功能:益氣健脾、養血安神。用於心脾兩虛、氣短心悸、失眠多夢、頭昏頭暈、肢倦乏力、食欲不振。

4.阿膠養血丸。功能:調經養血、安神補氣。(我暫時停用了)


不要期望吃中成藥可立即見效。因為它的藥力是最慢的,像煲水,求「日子有功」。

若要買中成藥,請記住「中國蘭州佛慈」出品。它比北京同仁堂之類的名牌平宜,但口碑不相伯仲。中醫大表哥和中醫作者J都說它好。沒介紹錯。

切記要去國貨公司買。因為在普通藥房賣的,多是大陸水貨或假貨。貪平吃假藥,輕則費時費錢費心力,嚴重者隨時影響健康。小心!


營養補給劑:
1.Omega Twins。主要是Omega 3和 Omega 6的混合,是阿M透過「貓」作者(營養博士)介紹的。這種「油」對保健十分重要,屬於Essential Fatty Acid。以下就是一些research(好長,但要看啊):

"Essential" simply means that we must consume them in our diets and that our bodies cannot manufacture them from other dietary fats or nutrients.... In addition to providing the body with energy, the essential fatty acids---linoleic and linolenic acid---function in our bodies as components of nerve cells(神經細胞,是一種一旦成形了就不會再進行細胞分裂的細胞,因此在人體內會愈來愈少;其中,腦細胞就是神經細胞的一種,所以一定要好好保護,例如吃Omega 3), cellular membranes, and hormone-like substances known as prostaglandins. Prostaglandins and the essential fatty acids play an important role in keeping the body in good working order, such as:
1.producing steroids and synthesizing hormones
2.regulating pressure in the eye, joints, or blood vessels
3.regulating response to pain, inflammation, and swelling
4.mediating immune response
5.regulating bodily secretions and their viscosity
6.dilating or constricting blood vessels
7.regulating collateral circulation
8.directing endocrine hormones to their target cells
9.regulating smooth muscle and autonomic reflexes
10.being primary constituents of cellular membranes
11.regulating the rate at which cells divide (mitosis)
12.maintaining the fluidity and rigidity of cellular membranes
13.regulating the in-flow and out-flux of substances into and out of the cells
14.transporting oxygen from red blood cells to the tissues
15.maintaining proper kidney function and fluid balance
16.keeping saturated fats mobile in the blood stream
17.preventing blood cells from clumping together (conglomeration-the cause of atherosclerotic plaque and blood clots, a cause of stroke)
18.mediating the release of pro-inflammatory substances from cells that may trigger allergic conditions
19.regulating nerve transmission
20.stimulating steroid production
21.being the primary energy source for the heart muscle


2.維他命B 雜(B plus):要神經系統尤其是神經中樞(Central Nervous System)運作正常,必須有充足的B plus幫忙。它幫助抗壓力、改善神經衰弱,凡抑鬱者應服之。為甚麼要保護 nervous system(希望你不會咁傻問這條問題)?因為它是人體以至存在的「硬件」(指揮中心)。有甚麼出錯了,小則神經錯亂、發花癲、生病(急性和慢性),重則——死亡!就像公司裡的最高決策人,如果他/她(大腦)發瘋了,就會殃及公司及所有員工(內臟)——最好的例子就是我舊公司裡的那人。

3. 維他命 C。它的重要性太人所共知了,不贅。


當然,飲食之餘,切記同時要多多運動,尤其是有氧運動,幫助改善血氣、通淋巴、排毒(一身輕)。當然,最好是運動多元化,否則來來去去都是那些,很快就會厭(我現在也有這個問題)。
